We begin in Setúbal and climb toward the panoramic peak of Serra de São Luís. The ascent is steady, offering vast Atlantic views and a deep sense of space and silence. At the summit, a 360° Atlantic panorama unfolds: Setúbal, the Sado River, Tróia Peninsula, endless ocean horizons, and on clear days even Lisbon and Sintra. After descending into the cork valley, we reach Quinta de Alcube for a restorative wine and regional tasting. Founded in the 1970s and still run by the same family, Alcube reflects authentic Setúbal wine culture — refined, grounded, and deeply connected to the land. You’ll have time to relax among the vineyards and enjoy the peaceful estate atmosphere. Then the second stage begins. The trail continues toward Cabanas through olive groves, farmland, vineyards, and cork forests. The terrain softens, the rhythm becomes meditative, and the landscape stretches wide around you. Hiking boots are recommended for this version. This is not a race. It is a refined endurance journey — where effort meets elegance.
