From there, we'll head to the countryside on the South Coast of Lisbon where visit a local tile factory, where the magic of traditional tile-making comes to life. Under the guidance of a skilled ceramist artist, you'll have the opportunity to create your own tile using time-honored techniques. The workshop spans two enriching hours, allowing you to craft a tangible memory of your creative journey. After “hard work” we’ll take a leisurely walking tour through the charming Azeitao village, where the cobbled streets lead to a 13th-century church adorned with exquisite 18th-century Portuguese tiles. As an option, savor a local lunch at a nearby restaurant, further immersing yourself in the authentic flavors of the region. This tour is not just a workshop; it's a cultural odyssey that culminates in a tangible piece of Portugal to take home as the perfect moment of your vacation. Important information: Your tile will pass the process of cooking in the professional kiln with a hight temperature for 9 hours and will be ready the next day.
